Strength and endurance, one training record

Your training,
measured

A private training log that keeps the barbell and the treadmill in the same record. Every set, rep, load and rest sits beside the runs, rows and rides around it — so the question “is this working?” has an answer that comes from the whole week rather than one half of it.

Set by set

Strength sessions are kept at the resolution they were performed: every rep, every load, every rest interval — not a session title and a duration.

The aerobic engine

Runs, rows and rides are read for what they say about fitness — efficiency, decoupling, pace at heart rate — with terrain separated from durability rather than confused with it.

Where it is going

Fitness, fatigue and form are tracked day by day, and race projections are replayed across the whole history, so today's number can be compared with what it was a month ago.

What to do next

Sleep, soreness and open niggles gate the recommendation. Some days the honest answer is rest, and the log is willing to say so.
